Lowest Fees for Using Debit Card

I'm looking to find the best rates for buying BTC from USD with my debit card. It seems like there is always a 5% fee on the card issuer's end, then more from the exchange for service.

I love Coinbase's ease of use, but it costs a lot to buy straight from fiat. Is there a cheaper exchange I can use?

If not, is there another way I can get crypto from USD instantly?
