Newbie question about Altcoin ATHs

When the next bull run comes, what is the probability that Alts will hit/pass their ATH?

This is a very general question. I assume the answer is "depends on the coin". But I wanted to get a sense of what this forum thought let's say with the coin in the top 20of Coin Market Cap?
