We were requested to answer the above question on Quora today, and it's becoming clear that a lot of people who are sick of their local money are now looking for solutions.
It might not be obvious to us why they'd ask about Libra rather than Bitcoin, but a recent UK survey IIRC also showed more people had heard about Libra than about Bitcoin -- why do you think this is so?
Anyway, it's not unlikely people would choose Libra over say, the Zim dollar or some similar doomed fiat.
