Newbie Advice

Any advice for a long time follower or crypto but just recently purchased my first (eth, btc, monero, ltc)

I've set aside some money, plan on consistently buying btc and eth with about 80% of that and using the other 20% looking for those up and comers

Interested in hearing what you've found worked / didn't work, etc
