According to IRNA news agency, The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) will be using cryptocurrencies generated by local miners for imports.
Few days ago I saw an article about big amount of BTC moved from one block to another.
This forced me to think if the blockchain is a public thing, would that mean that some of the goverment wallets could be traced? Ie. imaging a news where Iran would buy something big for 100 000 000$, this amount would be noticed on the blockchain by someone.
This could lead to create a potential transparent map of govs transactions in the network. You would not be sure who, but for sure you would see how much and when
