My first miner

I'm new here so hello everyone 😁

I want to start mining crypto, I have a fixed electricity cost. I want to spend around 100 usd on my 1st miner and I'd like it to be as quiet as it possibly gets lol. Can you suggest anything? Thanks in advance :)
