Best way to get the money from mined cryptocurrencies? ETH, RVN, XMR, ETC

I am new to mining, I bought 20+ GPUs, 6 PSUs, etc.

I would like to convert my ETH/RVN/XMR/ETC to dollars in PayPal or Chilean bank account. ***I am mainly dedicated to mining ETH and XMR.***

I have more than $100 accumulated in the Exodus wallet (ETH), but I have read that these wallets charge very high fees and that they are not suitable for miners.

I thought about continuing to use Exodus, converting all my crypto to bitcoin, and then selling the bitcoin. But I don't know if I will lose a lot of money in commissions or if there is a lot of scam risk. (If you recommend this method, I will use it)

I wanted to use coinbase but it is not available for my country (Chile). My other idea is for my friend from the USA to register with coinbase and I use that account to sell my ETH and withdraw the money to my paypal.
